How do I make a purchase? |

Purchases can be made directly from the website by clicking on the "Purchase" button found beside each artwork. If you'd like to purchase more than one artwork, you can do so after payment is complete for your first purchase and so on. You will be returned to hazelgallery.com when each transaction is complete. Our shopping cart utilises Paypal's secure payment gateway, however you don't need to be a Paypal account holder to make purchases for artworks under $2000. To ensure security for both parties, you will need to create a Paypal account for purchases over $2000. |

What is a Certificate of Authenticity? |
|
The Certificate of Authenticity is supplied to authenticate the art work purchased. For most Aboriginal Art purchases a photo of the artist with your purchased work will also be included. The Certificate also contains information about the artist and related information on the artwork. |

What currency is used on the website? |
|
AUD$ (Australian Dollars) are used throughout the website. A currency converter can be found here. For Australian buyers, pricing includes GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax) of 10%. |

What are the shipping arrangements and costs? |
|
A standardised packing, shipping and insurance cost of $35.00 AUD will be applied when purchasing artworks to be shipped within Australia. For overseas purchases a flat fee of $65.00 AUD will apply. Before clicking the "Purchase" button, please choose your location to add the appropriate shipping costs to your order. |

What forms of payment do you accept? |
|
There are varied forms of payment options available through our website; payment via Credit Card, (utilising our secure online payment system) payment by cheque, money order, or cash bank deposit. For payment via cheque, money order or cash deposit please utilise the Contact page and an invoice will be forwarded to you with all required payment details. |

Can I pay via instalments? |
|
A three month instalment period is available for those who wish to have an extended payment period. All purchases must be completed within three months and the initial payment must be at least 10% of the total value of the goods. To utilise this option, please contact us direct rather than purchasing the artworks online. |

All details of any transaction are handled with the strictest of confidence and are not passed on to any third party. |

How long before I receive my order? |
|
Once your payment has been processed and order confirmed, we expect shipping times to be: Within Australia: 5 - 7 days Outside of Australia: 2 - 4 weeks. |

Do all paintings on the website look exactly like the real thing? |
|
All painting photos found on this website are professionally taken and are photos of the actual painting available for purchase. Colour change will occur when viewing this website on different computer monitors. When you are viewing our website, we highly suggest you make sure you are viewing on a quality computer system for closest representation of the real thing. |
